Best offense this upcoming year in the valley

as usual the only ones sayng he isnt the best are those who have a kid with vested interest in the position. So was the case with Mack vs Murphy, Ledezma vs the white kid (cant remember his name) and this year Brandon Garza vs Omar Hunter vs Cj vs Bowie vs Jimmy Morton. Lots of talent no doubt. Its a great problem to have. But there is always turmoil around the ranks ..epseically is a player is related to a coach. People strat crying foul over why HE is gettin the starting job etc. If you have seen brandon grow through the years, seen his work ethic and his commitment to becoming smarter and tougher, you would understand why he is beyond a doubt their best choice at QB.

That was not the case for Mack and Murphy.

I agree ....none the less this Garza kid has a great work ethic , good head on his shoulders, and should be and to this day is deserving of the starting position.....like the white kid(Webb) it is his to lose.

Oh yeah I know peeps from spring westfield,manvel that know damn well who the harlingen cardinals are even way before this run. They definetly never heard of anyone else other than PI. Especially lost fresnos or shsryland, ha ha ha

Football once again will begin and end with THR HARLINGEN CARDINALS. They bring back a bigger, more experienced offensive line. A new I-formation run, mixed with a spread. [B]A QB (brandon garza) who is being coached by a former NFL QB, who is already being talked about as one of the best QB's to ever come out of the valley.[/B] A returning RB with speed and power who has lots of varsity experience coming in (victor cruz). 3 or 4 speedsters at the WR position. NOT to mention a stout defense with lots of returning starters. Its gonna be another RELOADING year for the cardinals, but with a very familiar result. Adk anyone on the team..and they will be quick to tell you....they actually think the 2012 Cardinals are probably better than last years! Cant wait for that 1st kickoff!

Shary will look really good on 30-5a..they do have a really spectacular "O" but how good are they really with good oppenants??Will find out once into the playoffs.

30-5A is looking better than we thought.... Donna is looking good, ENorth blew out RGC who was expected to do well in their district and Econ also blew out Porter, EHS lost to Memorial, but Memorial is probably the 3rd best team in the RGV and they kept it kinda close too..

very true but never the less Shary to me is the best team in the valley(so far).Laredo schools look like crap this year,don't see any reason why Shary can't go past the second round in the playoffs.

sharyland is strong, but other than that, the other strong teams in area seem offensively challenged at least right know, i'll ask you this, of any of the top teams, do you see any being competitive in the 3rd round this yr if they get there ?

Yeah, McAllen Memorial should be, I really think they can be, Harlingen has a good enough team to do some things if they change that QB out for a running QB and I think Sharyland has a real chance if they don't choke....

I think we're talking about statistics, like yards and points scored, that is generally how top Offenses are determined.
